Argh, I wanna play Alan Wake.
I just recently beat the New Vegas expansion Dead Money. Seriously well done. Strange feeling turning off the radio once the expansion was over. Like I was laying ghosts to rest. I felt like I exorcised a frickin hotel.
I'm now doing Lonesome Road and I think I'm almost finished it. It's pretty damn cool as well.

Went back to Red Dead Redemption because I upgraded my PS3 hard drive and ended up playing for a while. Going to go for some trophies in the main game and then finish Undead Nightmare.
I can't believe it came out 2 years ago. Hopefully they make another one after GTAV

Bought two games yesterday with no regrets.
Pokemon Soulsilver. At age 18, I might finally be addicted to Pokemon for the first time. When I was little, I tried Silver once but only got one badge before deciding I didn't like it. It felt too simple and easy and, ironically enough, childrensish (now it doesn't bug me). I'm better at handling rpgs that don't have stories now, plus I see that the complexity of the game is in using the abilities correctly, not how you obtain them. I've also gotten a few badges in Platinum, but I only borrowed that game. I think this will be the first one I beat. I'm gonna try to conquer it as much as possible. I bought it used so it didn't come with the Pokewalker.
And just as awesome:
The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age. Like The Hobbit, in my opinion this beats the crap out of all three of the main movie games. Despite being a turn based rpg, it manages to have an incredibly epic feel, the skills are good, and on hard mode, it's actually fairly challenging. There's also hardly any random battles at all, and the ones that are there are mostly avoidable, and there's no grinding, so people who can't stand that kind of stuff in rpgs and like LOTR missed out on this big time. I've now played both the ps2 and gamecube versions. The gamecube version is much brighter, the main character is much uglier, the controls are worse, and the loading times are much better. Oh yeah, and the main character can attack up to FIVE times. He is winner.
EDIT:
Knights in the Nightmare. The gameplay in this is so weird and interesting that it's actually more fun to watch the tutorials than to play the game.

Been buying a ton of shit on the Steam Summer Sale. So far I've gotten...
Metro 2033 (FANTASIC game.) Alan Wake's American Nightmare (Will start this when I finish Alan Wake.) The Longest Journey (LOVED Dreamfall, about time I played this one.) The Binding of Issac (Damned fun.) Torchlight (Really enjoy this. A LOT like Diablo 2, which is great.) Sim City 4 Deluxe (I really love wasting time on these, it's soothing to me.) S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl (I have the third game in this series, never got to play the original, it's great.) Thief III: Deadly Shadows (Used to have this on Xbox, loved it to death.)

Have you done Old World Blues? Its the best of the NV DLC Actually just finishing that one. It's hilariously awesome and I really appreciate it. But it's by far the glitchiest and most frustrating out of the DLC. I have to restart my console every time I load an area outside of the Think Tank. So that means every time I go to The Sink or leave it. Also, when I was talking with my brain, I had to change the way I was speaking to it because when it decided to 'reminisce' about things I did in New Vegas it'd permanently loop the same two over and over again to the point I'd have to restart. And holy fuck did it love to mob you with monsters constantly. By far the highest mob rate in all of Fallout. Other than that it's pretty awesome. My second fave to Dead Money. I also recently beat Honest Hearts, which was cool because of The Burned Man but honestly, meh over all. I felt like I was working on a newb area in World of Warcraft or something. Beautiful sky though. It was worth the effort but there's been a lot better Fallout DLC for sure. Lonesome Road was pretty damn awesome. I enjoyed walking it. Ulysses was pretty damn interesting. Some really damn cool environments. I liked the idea of so many huge bombs going off underground, creating the huge divide. Plus you get some surprising backstory about your own character. Very cool. I'm getting pretty damn Fallout-outed though hah. My file is now at 12 megs so I think I definitely made up for not being able to finish it due to glitches and a lovely ex-g/f keeping my old copy. I need to get with the times and play Skyrim so I can further be frustrated with Bethesda's glitches.

Just bought a 3DS and am playing Super Mario 3D Land, which is fun though easy, and I'm a wimp when it comes to older Mario games. I want to play Resident Evil: Revelations, as well as Etrian Odyssey IV when it gets to the US.

Mostly just League of Legends right now. Game's like cocaine to me. But I've gotten pretty damn good at it.

Thanks to again working at Gamestop, I was accepted into Bethesda Insiders. Which means I just got a copy of Skyrim for free on PC. Rage too, but I dunno how excited I am about that yet.

Pokemon Soulsilver and Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness. I like the former much better but the latter has tons of content so I'm gonna try hard to get into it.

Excited for Persona 4 Arena. Both as an avid fighting game fan and as a huge Shin Megami Tensei fan. Can't wait. Gonna be picking it up when I come in for work later today.

^ Same but I'll have to wait until the end of this month, it seems the retail is region locked >_< So worth the wait. If you're a Persona fan AND a Arc System Works fighter fan, you will love this game. There's a LOT of Blazblue AND Guilty Gear in the game, but it does it's own thing at the same time. And it's a Persona fan's wet dream. Tons of fanservice, and a pretty deep story to boot, especially for a fighting game.
