Jack growled as he realized that he had searched another room to no avail, "Doesn't this place have real weapons or something?" he mumbled to himself watching at the barred off windows of the room that perfectly robbed it of any light.
He sat down on the bed and looked over the empty room before him. There was faintly a sign of light in there but there was enough for him to make out the wallpapers being dirty, the some when white door to the bathroom now with chipped paint, windows bearing wooden planks nailed to them. It almost looked like someone intentionally put him here and now was watching through some hidden camera.
The strangest thing was that Max was nowhere to be found. He would usually reply to Jack's calls sooner or later but this time he was dormant.
Jack got up and went into the bathroom. A little mirror greeted him as he stepped inside. Jack twisted his head side to side, overlooking his face for any injuries. He couldn't tell if he had gotten into a fight last night or had Max gotten into a fight, for that matter. Didn't seem so. Jack clutched his fist tight. He glanced at the mirror briefly and slammed his fist into it. The pain overcame his fist and eventually his whole arm. Max would replied to that in some way. Nothing. Jack wondered what was wrong but then decided to not sit in one place.
Exiting the bathroom Jack turned towards the door leading outside, he thought he heard some voices outside. A little careful but far more jumpy he twisted the handle and quickly made his way towards the room labelled "701", he quickly turned the handle and closed it behind him.
He had no idea who the voices outside belonged to but he wasn't going to take any chances with the most eerie circumstances that he was in right now to "meet" them. He knew far better than to trust weird people in a far more weirder place. First he had to calm himself.
[SEARCH] Jack searches the room thoroughly for something to please him, closet, bathtub, toilet tank, under the sink, under the bed, windowsill, night table, drawers etc. [SEARCH]

Mark answered quickly, unsure if he was being suspected of knowing too much or not. "No," he said. "I overheard his name. This isn't exactly a large and expansive hallway."
He looked at his pen again. "I'm not really sure what good this would be for picking a lock. Though it' clicky so I assume there's a spring inside that could perhaps be used. Does anyone else here know how to pick a lock that you know of?"

"I know how to pick a Lock." Christian said immediately, Stepping forward. "Yeah, the body of the Pen is too bulky, but there's probably a small, thin metal piece inside that would hold the ink. That would work superbly." he said, looking down the hallway. He sighed and shook his head - 'oops. Maybe I shouldn't've been so gung ho about lockpicking... hopefully he won't read to much into it.' He thought.

Jack heard the sound and stopped dead, his heart stopped pounding and for a moment, he stood silently, contemplating the sound. It was like a braking sound, or cracking. What ever it was, it did Not sound good. If it was not some freaky monster (And he was begining to belive in them now) it was one of 'the others' as he had now deemed them, and must be avioded.
He slipped out and as quickly as he could, though footing his step as softly as he thought possible, he ran down the hallway and slipped into any room he happoned upon. Room 701.
Quietly, he opend wide the door and slipped inside.
He did not think about anyone else being in here as he closed the door behind him, but as he stood their he could swear he could hear someone breathing. As he stood, his breathing stopped and he just listerned....

Mark instantly began reading too much into Christian's self proclaimed ability to pick locks. Then, realizing he was being a bit absurd, he backed off. It was convenient that he was able to tell his paranoia to calm down before he narrowed his eyes or found some way to offend the one person he was currently getting along with.
He unscrewed the pen to take a look inside. Mark allowed Christian to take the pen. He then screwed the cap back on and stuck the body of the pen back in his pocket. It'd be near useless now without some of the mechanisms to make the clicky top work, but he noticed, while the pen body was open, that it had ink and he was sure he could still use it to write if need be. It just wouldn't work near as well.

Christian took the Pen and gave Mark a Rare smile. He took out the Main Ink well, which turned out to be made of a durable Plastic - even better. He bent it several times, and shrugged, also taking the Coil. He slowly made his way over to the Elevator, but sighed, looking down. He reached into his pocket and put forward his pencil as an Offering.
"Go ahead, take it. I'd feel bad just taking this stuff from you." he blinked as he Looked past Mark, and lo and behold, at the end of the Hallway, James was sprawled on the floor, Making snow angels. Christian sighed, and gestured for mark to look, "At least he isn't jumping out of any windows."

Mark pocketed the pencil with a thanks and then looked over where the boy, James, was sprawled out on the floor.
"I think the sad part is that it's so dusty he'll actually be able to make an angel. Just not out of snow. I hope he doesn't try spell his name in it."
He walked over to the boy and stared at him. He wasn't exactly sure of how to bring up the fact he thought James was delusional.
"Hey, James..." he said.
The boy did not immediately respond and Mark wasn't entirely sure he should continue.

The blonde looked over, sunken eyes staring at him tiredly. "..... hello, hallucination of no specific identity..." he answered back, not sure why he was being spoken to again. This hallucination was REALLY persistent.
Mark gave him a sort of sympathetic look, seeming to mull something over. The boy just watched him, bringing a dust covered hand up to lick it.. this was HORRIBLE tasting snow..

(Thanks for noticing my "uberlong" posts, spear, this one is no different. ;D Jim is covering alot of ground making a great impression, IMO.
Well, I hope Vio doesn't mind, but I think a good idea would be to just have stairs that only lead up to the other rooms. Although he said no stairs, I think he only meant for leading down.) ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Inside the dresser Jim found a bottle labeled, "Vicadin", a pain killer medication. Pocketing the pills, and still holding the Vodka in his hand, Jim steps out and sees that many others have begun searching, while others are still standing around, confused of what is going on.
Avoiding everyone, Jim quickly goes down the hall, the limp from his prosthetic leg showing only a but more than he would have liked. But he was quick to get moving and see if there was more of the hotel to search.
At the end of the hall, he comes across a set of stairs which strangely only head up. He wondered if this floor and the other floors were part of some private rooms owned by a deranged hotel builder. What if when they tried to removed the boardings of the windows they would find that they were bricked, crushing any hope of escape? What if they were all prisoners waiting to get picked off one by one by someone possibly sicker than Jack?
Jim shakes that thought immediately out of his head. As filthy as the halls and rooms were, there was no signs of blood anything to suggest foul play. But still, none of this really made sense at all and determined to find answers he climbs the stairs.
He climbs past one floor, and past another to the final floor, apparently the top of the hotel. On this floor, there was only apparently one room, marked "Commodore's Room". Could the mastermind behind all of this be waiting here, with a shotgun and a manic grin. Jim carefully opens the door to find two people inside the room.
One was a young, well dressed Japanese woman inside, maybe in her mid-twenties, wearing black rimmed glasses. She was frantically searching around the room, oblivious to Jim's arrival. On the bed, lays a man with brownish blonde hair and wearing glasses as well. His arms had a few long deep scratch like wounds, Jim wasn't sure how bad they were, but he could tell the man was in pain and needed treatment of some kind.
As he began to step inside, his footsteps echoing in the massive room, the Japanese woman quickly turned to him. They just stared at one another for a few moments, before Jim finally put a hand up and said, "It's okay, are you guys trapped here too?"
Jim turns and approaches the man on the bed. Looking at his wounds, Jim wondered if perhaps this man had fought with an attacker, perhaps the one who had brought them all here? What if this guy knew more than just the average victim here? He had to get him up and awake and in good enough shape to talk.
Taking the cold and damp washcloth off the man's face and shakes him slightly. "Hey are you alright? Do you know how you got here?"
The man flutters his eyes open for only a few moments, issuing a few low groans of pain. A bit frustrated, but understanding what it's like to be badly injured, he instead turns to the woman.
"Did you guys wake up here without realizing how you got here? Do you know what happened to him? Where are we, do you know that?"
The woman remained silent, her expression one of puzzlement and a bit of fear. Ignoring her, he focuses back on the man.
FIRST-AID Jim takes the washcloth and pours a generous amount of Vodka onto it. Taking the now soaked cloth, he scrubs the wounds as carefully as possible, although the man does whince and hisses in pain from the alcohol coming in contact with his injuries. END FIRST-AID
Directing his attention back to the Japanese woman, Jim tells her, "You may need to clean these wounds again later, but it should be fine."
Jim then removes the bottle of Vicadin, places them on the counter next to the bed and says, "Give him these for the pain later. And don't let him drink the Vodka before or after he has taken the pills, understand? It can kill him."
The woman nods, the first real sign that she even acknowledged his presence at all. A small smile crept onto her face and she finally said in a somewhat warm voice, "Thank you, I'm Riiko."
"I'm Jim. Now do you have any idea how you got here or the numerous others downstairs entered this hotel, it seems to all be some kind of mystery. Did you find anything of value in this room? Any kind of clue or key?"
(Insane, I give the pills for you to give to Jordan for first aid for this turn or the next, not sure if two first aids on one person in one turn helps any. And alx, I hope you appreciate this overwhelming kind gesture and hope that you can repay me some way in the game. And please try to keep your mind out of the gutter about that comment. lol)

Jack looked down the empty tub before him. It was filthy but a glint of light shined inside. Jack focused his blurry vision on whatever item was there and noticed that it was a key of some sort. He reached in but his reach was too short. He needed a tool.
He went back into the sleeping room and straight towards the closet to pick up the hanger. It would prove to be the perfect tool to get that key out of the tub but before he could walk into the room he heard the door slam hard. Someone was there. Jack stood still in the bathroom hearing as someone else was breathing hastily outside.
"Max?" Jack inquired silently. Silence. He clutched his fist and charged outside. "Gaaaahhhh!!!!" "What the?" a man said leaning against the door as he saw Jack charge at him. The man ducked letting Jack feel the full force of slamming his fist into a hard wooden door. "Ouch! FUCK!!!!" Jack yelled out loud trying to silence his pain with words. "Oh ... sorry. Hey, I'm not here to steal or anything." the man replied silently. "Just who the hell are you? Did you nail those windows shut? Who are you anyway? Don't mess with me, you'll regret it" Jack half yelled half squeled out in pain. "Ummm, no, I ... uhh" the man replied not sure of what to say.
Jack did not feel as the man possed a threat.
"This your room then?" Jack said rubbing his fist.

"Yes, but I really haven't found anything." Riiko turned back to Jordan, asking him in Japanese if he wanted any of the Vicadin, but he seemed to be sleeping so Riiko just turned back around. "Where did you come from? Is this a dream? Are there monsters?" "I just woke up here. I don't think this is a dream, though." Jim replied. So...this isn't a dream, even though everything up to this point contradicted that, Riiko thought. "Why would you think there were monsters?" Jim asked. "I don't know." Riiko looked back at Jordan. "He'll be ok, right?" "Yeah, he'll be fine."

"No" Jack said hesitently, then added "I woke up in this room, or it may have been the room next door, I don't know. I just know that I woke up here and there is all you guys here too... I don't know where we are nor who anyone else is."
"Yeah, same here" He said, "and I'm looking for some one..."
"Who?" Jack asked.
"It does not matter..." the guy said. Jack really didn't want to push the subject.
"Don't matter" Jack said, pushing himself against the wall, "if only I had a fucking smoke..." He pressed his head between his sholders and observed the stygian atmosphere. This was the kind of place he would imagine when high, and he could almost see the souls detach from the rest of his shoes as they talked to him.
Wow, that's a weird image. he thought
"So... what are we going to do now?" Jack asked quietly.

((I have no idea where some people are, I know where James, Mark, Christian, Jack, Riiko, Jim and Jordan are... two different floors but thats it D:))
Kayla didn't like being egnored and left without an answer. Someone had to have witnessed what she saw, there was no way it would have just happened to her. Then again, she had witnessed a lot this past couple days that made the whole world seem to be against her. She wrapped her arms around her feeling suddenly cold. Kayla casted her eyes down onto the rotten carpet under her feet, it looked like it would crumble and disappear at any second, revealing a river of blood and demons prodding people with spears.
Kayla turned her head quickly at James, who was lying on the filthy ground now. What was his problem!? Was he sick? Did he have aids...? Oh god he better now be a homeowner.
Kayla shivered going though her brain in search of a prayer appropriate to the situation. But she stopped, feeling a sort of sickening feeling in the pit of her gut. There would never again be a prayer that could help Kayla. She sighed, then stomped over to James as he answered another of the men down the hall. "What the... hell- are you doing?" The 'hell' was almost forced, as though she had to remembered to use it, the rest of her voice was a little shaky making her demand less demanding. "Eating snow!" James looked at her, with his wet, sunken eyes. Kayla covered her mouth and practically ran over to the elevator. She only stayed there for a moment, before walking right back down the hall again. She was fidgeting, and pulling at her clothes. Sometimes she would stop to tighten her boots laces. Kayla couldn't stay still, the slowly process of Mark and Christian was putting her more on edge.
