I really liked Sweeney Todd, too.
Last night, I watched (not chosen by me)... 10,000 BC. Hated it. No redeeming features whatsoever.

Watched Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage vol. 1 yesterday. Glad they kept the original opening/closing credits music. "Red Fraction" is just such a kickass song. I need volume 2 now. I need it for my life.

Gummo - One of the biggest piles of bollocks I've ever watched in my entire life. It literally has no plot, just recurring characters. I know that's kind of the point of the film, but seriously, what a waste of time and film.
The Wrestler - Fairly awesome. I really enjoyed it and will probably give it another watch during the week.

The Dark Knight: Brilliant
The Dream Team: Brought back so many good memories. Love this little underappreciated movie.

Tokyo Godfathers: A wonderfil anime movie. Oh, yeah. I love anything by Satoshi Kon. Perfect Blue is basically anime's Lost Highway. Except it makes more sense.

What about Paprika? Satoshi's best since Perfect Blue, IMHO
Tokyo Godfathers and Millenium Actress were both good films (definately good looking) but were missing the whole psycho thing. Not enough tension or dread. But still good

Nice movie. Could be more nicer. Still has many scenes which makes you amazed.

Saw 'the Wrestler' and 'Slumdog Millionaire' the other day, i found both brilliant and suprisingly think they exceeded the expectations set by the great reviews they've recieved.
Planning on watch Casino Royale (the Daniel Craig one) tonight.
