Well, i was going to post this in Nina Melrose' tattoo thread, but it appears to have disappeared with ninjalike skillz.. So, i shall begin a new tattoo thread, not just for your own tattoos but if you are at all prone to doodling funky flash art, or have just found some stunning work you feel like sharing, post eet here yo. This is a pic i drew for a friend of mine to get done on her hip. She had asked for a royal python like her own, but in a non-threatening calm way as opposed to the usual inky interpretations of snakes as coiled fangy evil b'stards, and i am actually fairly proud of it. My phones camera did it little justice, and some petals and a smaller butterfly got cut off at the top, but you get the jist of it.

Damn you're a good drawer!! Me and a few friends are gonna get Halloween tattoos next year. I'm gonna get a small jigsaw piece on my left forearm. (Yes, its from the Saw series and it represents missing something vital from the human puzzle) I'm also gonna get the stick figure of my FAVORITE book somewhere on my body...Maybe my leg Its the funniest book you will ever read. I've read it 4 times and it still makes me laugh out loud

I want Pseudo to be my next door neighbour and personally design all my tattoos on request!! Seriously, that's a really really nice design. I've got a few new tattoos recently, but I want a half-sleeve as my next, preferably asian themed and including koi fish and cherry blossoms. I haven't found anything that I feel is good enough or inspires me fully to do it yet. However, any suggestions, and/or drawings would be most welcomed I have a stencil of a koi fish I like, and a photo I found on a tattoo site of a gorgeous cherry blossom sleeve which makes me almost green with envy....

I want sleeves badly, full sleeves, but it's extremely exspensive, and I'm concerned with rather or not the ink would hold up well with psoriasis on my inner arms.
If I have it done, which I intend to at least try one arm, I am definitely getting something Lovecraftian themed. A nice mural of Shub-Niggurath, Cthulhu, Hastur, Azathoth and such.

If you are serious about full body art, talk to me... But it is going to cost you Shub-Niggurath, Cthulhu, H****r, Azathoth and such. @kod: We don't use that name on this board. Or anywhere. Watch your mouth

I hate cameras, but I have some abstract designs on my chest; dragon on my stomach; small inverted cross on my right hip; large inverted cross on my left calf; Robbie the Rabbit from Silent Hill 3 on my right calf; snoopy on my ankle. Rammstein logo on my other ankle. Plan on getting sleeves eventually.

Ahh, a tatt thread. Nice. I currently have 4 - not as many as I'd like. These include: I have one of these on each shoulder. YES, it's a videogame tattoo, and yes, I am a supernerd. In hindsight, the placing probably wasn't wise, as I do want to have kids one day, and this will expand horrendously. I have three other tatts planned right now. Firstly, a design by Pseudo herself - a woman sitting on a crescent moon, representing a memorial to my late aunt, probably to go on my back. Then an eye of Horus on the back of my neck, and finally my big project, a half-sleeve. This will entail amaryllis flowers, a lucky cat representing a kitten I raised who passed away, and a flowing stream. Money is holding me back right now - bah!

Thankies muchly everyone who commented on mah Python! I have been informed that it shall be inked into flesh sometime very soon and i can't wait to see photos of how it turns out. @ piratemonkey- Heh, in all the crazyness of the past couple of months i had actually forgotten about that pic i did for you.XD Shows how sharp i can be.>_> I hope that when you can get it done, it turns out bjootifulleh. I have far too many tatts i wish to get done, the first shall most likely be a cheshire cat i designed some years ago to cover my left delt/shoulder. The design still needs work but i will probably scan and post it here soon anyhoo.

Before I say anything else, please allow me add my praise Pseudo's python. Do you have a pic of the final? This is only my design- I don't ink and wouldn't dare. In fact, I don't even do actual tattoos much at all (but I love to make virtual ones) Anyway, this one was done by San Lee from my original artwork. Then she got wicked with her blacklight ink Just to piss off Vio, here's the kinda tat that I like to do

Thankye sir. Alas no, but I was talking with my friend who wanted it the other day and we decided that i shall tattoo it on her when I go back to Blighty for a visit. (no clue when yet, but I am chuffed that she wants me to do it rather than her artist there. ) Then there will certainly be photos. Interesting pic btw, tattooing over boobz doesn't really work that way, but if it did then I can imagine some damn interesting tatts would emerge. Though after a certain age the image may not quite match up if you know what I mean.XP The backpiece is really nice! The artist managed to get the feathers looking really nice and soft. (Mad scar on that person btw, do you know the story?) I don't like blacklight inks though, I keep imagining that in years to come the people with 'em would start mutating or something... ...somewhat baseless I know, but they just freak me out a little. I need to sort out some photos of my practice bits really, one would imagine it would be a simple task seeing as they are mostly on myself.XD And if KAOz will permit me, i may post the stuff that I have been inking him with sometime soon.

Scar? What scar? (The tat was meant to draw attention away from the scar, don't make me feel like a failure!)
Regarding the black light ink; are you suggesting that some interaction between the ink and UV radiation might result in mutating a normal homo sapien into something else? Some sort of pseudo sapien?
By all means, post some art!
