First off, I haven't seen it yet. But I've heard countless positive recognition about it. Can I hear everyone elses' opinions?

I seen this recently. Absolutely loved it.
My only 'complaint' is that I was hoping for it to be more visually surreal.
It has its incredible moments though. It also makes complete sense the way they did it though. Really, hardly a complaint.
I just really wanted to see a dream go completely apeshit in perplexity~
I didn't find it very hard to follow or complex either which is the only general 'complaint' I've heard about it.
In fact, I found it really straight forward and easy to follow. It's another thing I really appreciate about this movie is how it's told.
I give it basically a 12/10. I really want to see it again.
Also, I really hope they go farther with this concept. There doesn't really need to be a sequel necessarily, but they could definitely do more with the technology and ideas.
There's a shit ton of possibility with what Inception has done.

Somewhat overrated yet still quite worth seeing. It has a highly imaginative and complex plot, one you won't ever have seen before. Some people have criticized it for taking concepts too literally, which it does , but I can totally forgive that because it makes possible a cool and original plot. What I have a harder time forgiving is the storytelling, which is more confusing than it needed to be, with short underdeveloped takes jumping around at panicky speeds and a constant injection of distracting action scenes. You get a sense that the writer(s) was constantly looking at his watch while he was writing the screenplay saying, "Can we fit it all in?" Basically I have the same problems with the storytelling that I had with the Batman films by the same filmmaker (they were even more overrated than Inception). I did enjoy it a fair amount though.

Is it bad that I liked Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World a LOT more than this film?

Hmmm I did enjoy SP vs TW, but I really loved Inception. Just thought it was very keenly packaged, with a perfect ending. Can't get enough of it!
