As she sifts through what is left of the mouldy popcorn and the contents around the stall there isn't anything of note on the cabinets themselves but over hears someone curse "ah fuck me" quite loudly.
In panic Hitomi inadvertently launches a palm strike against the popcorn dispenser thinking something had happened nearby, then realising it was one of the men searching something. Uttering "Kuso!" she does wonder what this about looking around seeing the vastly differing people, "what am I doing here?" she mutters.

Inside this shop, Ryan finds only empty store racks and shelves. The carpet has been worn away by age, everything in the store covered in dust. However, one thing catches his eye, an empty glass vial sitting on the store's register counter. Unlike everything else in this shop, the vial looked relatively new with no sign of dust on it, as though placed there recently.
Ryan scrutinizes the vial, wondering what purpose it could have served. At best he figures that probably some hobo or junky, or a hobo junky for that matter, had hidden himself in here to do some drugs, and this vial had contained the contents. Ryan, repulsed by this, wants to turn and leave the vial where it is, or at best smash it against the wall, but something in him compels him to take it. In the end he figures why the fuck not and takes the vial, putting it in his pants pocket. It's the best clue he has thus far, he figures, which he can have analyzed when he gets home. Either way, it was rather fascinating as it began sparking ideas for his story. Ryan begins wondering if perhaps a junky hobo could be a sympathetic lead for his horror movie, when suddenly speakers began screeching inside the theater, sounding half broken and garbled.
"Dear horror enthusiasts,
We are extremely relieved that you have managed to enter our dear ghost town unharmed, We sincerely hope that our bus driver has not shown his ... rather ... antisocial side, We never wanted dismemberment or other kind of physical harm to be a part of the tour, He really is a nice creature, just hard to train and tame and most of all control, *Ahem* As you may have noticed by now, you are locked inside this theater ... for now, We hope you have not been scared away by this small turn of events though, We couldn't let you go free even if we wanted to, not after you have willingly accepted your sa......."
The speakers cut off in mid-sentence, and Ryan is surprised to find himself rattled by the announcement. What had been said about the bus driver shook him back to that moment Ryan had stepped onto the bus and awkwardly presenting the invite to him. He remembered the dead ahead stare and the almost mechanical nodding of his head, but here and now Ryan also remembered something else. As the driver nodded, a corner of his mouth had become visible in the light and Ryan recalled now a wide, toothy grin across the driver's face, stiff and unnatural. Why Ryan would remember this now, and not when he was on the bus, he didn't know. Perhaps it didn't happen at all and only now with that creepy announcement did he think up such a feverish vision to accompany what was already a weird instance with the driver, a by product of his imagination running wild. Or perhaps he really had seen it, but was so disturbed by it that he blocked it out, retreating to the back of the bus. Either way, standing in the souvenir shop, he suddenly didn't feel like being alone anymore.
Stepping out of the shop, Ryan heads back to the lobby where several of the others had moved on to search the area, mostly around the entrance of the lobby. Looking at the concession area, Ryan decides to hop over the counter and begin to search again, this time at a cooker station where they apparently made hamburgers. There had to be some real clues to the mystery of this place, or at least a key. As he searched through the compartments and utensil shelves, he noticed the young Asian girl had returned from the bathroom, busily inspecting the popcorn machine. Looking at her, Ryan asks, "Hey. My name is Ryan. Pretty fucked up situation we're in, huh?" He tries to laugh off the last phrase, but his own uneasiness makes it sound awkward even to his own ear. He continues jokingly, "So, did you get an invite as well, or were you suckered into actually paying cash for this crappy tour?"
Ryan SEARCHES the Hamburger Stand.

The guy did take pause for a moment and, maybe reluctantly. Riley couldn't be sure or not, but this guy seemed a little ... off somehow, like he was nervous, or, well, he just couldn't put his finger on it. Perhaps he was high, or crazy, or maybe both. Now that he thought of it, the small group that had accompanied him on the bus were all very different, at least to look at. But yet, they all had the same thing in common. They'd each of them been issued an invitation to come to this place. They'd been chosen, specifically. For what purpose?
When the other man offered the pack with a flick of the wrist, a motion that looked very well practiced, a cigarette popped out and Riley took it with a short nod.
"Did you need a light?"
Riley glanced at the guys hand as it moved to maybe withdraw a lighter from his pocket and he inwardly cringed. Was this guy seriously wearing leather pants? Who the hell wore leather pants anyway? Maybe at a .. no, there was no place that leather was acceptable unless, yeah, just no.
Putting the smoke between his lips, he inclined his head forward to take a light.
"So, uh, did you get the letter in the mail?" Riley ventured, "the invitation to come to this place?"

Naz lit the other guy's cigarette for him
"So, uh, did you get the letter in the mail?" asked the guy, "the invitation to come to this place?"
Oh shit. Naz didn't get an invitation, he woke up on the bus without a clue how he got there and had been eavesdropping the whole time. He knew what to say but was terrified that he'd choke and reveal himself. Fumbling his Wayfarers on, he replied "Oh yes, that thing..." and now for the redirect "So I gather you're quite the horror aficionado"

As she is in thought after near destroying the popcorn stand wondering why she was chosen she notices another man approach the nearby burger stand after pondering himself starts searching then starts to speak to her
"Hey. My name is Ryan. Pretty fucked up situation we're in, huh?" He seems to laugh off the last phrase, but uneasiness about this current situation gives it away. He continues jokingly, "So, did you get an invite as well, or were you suckered into actually paying cash for this crappy tour?"
Turning to Ryans direction, Hitomi bows her head a little and introduces herself "Hello my name is Hotmi" Pausing slightly due to the unknown situation and what is in this theatre, she continues "This situation is strange I noticed this invitation this morning and thought to try it but had thoughts it would be a bigger tour, but something just doesn't feel right at the moment"
She felt uneasy not due to her new acquaintance but mainly due the bad judgement on her behalf on how long the actual tour would be so was dressed ready to go to the local shrine to give blessings, but looking around it seemed that everyone had a panic about them or where still trying to find their bearings on the day so far....

Turn Update The speakers struggle to produce sound and interrupted white noise come out of them. After a while of jittering they burst to life once more: Dear horror enthusiasts,
We are proud to announce that our small experiment has now officially begun, If you would kindly head back to the main lobby of the theater you will notice a new addition there, You should have picked up the empty vials by now and this will be where you use them, Now remember, whatever you do don't drink the ... one unless you want it to find youThe speakers cut off again. You head back to the main lobby and notice a table standing there like it was there all along, though you know for certain it wasn't. On the table you see two glass jars with strange liquids. One of the liquids is blue while the other red. As you approach closer you notice that something is holding the jars, a hand has a firm grip over each jar but they do not extend anywhere. You notice they are cut off cleanly at the elbow. It does seem like a very clean cut but could this really be just a prop? There's a key chain with six small keys each labeled "Auditorium" with numbers from 1 to 6 and a small note in between the jars as well: Johnson and I collected as much of this stuff as we possibly could before the window closed up on us again, we have no clue what this stuff is but it is definitely progress in our research. For all we know this could be the cure to cancer! It is a shame that Williams lost both his arms as we were pulling him out from the other side but science needs sacrifices and I'll be damned if I listen to those morons from the control center. The only consolation for Williams is that his arms were amputated cleanly by our closing window, the wounds even seemed to have been cauterized instantly. This is an interesting turn of events though, we can now safely re-classify our window into a doorway as things can obviously go through from this side and the other. More testing is needed though! You can fill up your vials with either liquid, what the liquids do or are is unclear until ingested though! Only one vial with liquid can be used per turn but this does not limit the players. You can still search the same turn. Vials with either liquid can also be passed on to other players if you wish. You can now access the Auditoriums! The Movie Theatre: Ticket booth 1Ticket booth 2Ticket booth 3Auditorium 1 (locked) (can now be unlocked with key chain) Auditorium 2 (locked) (can now be unlocked with key chain) Auditorium 3 (locked) (can now be unlocked with key chain) Auditorium 4 (locked) (can now be unlocked with key chain) Auditorium 5 (locked) (can now be unlocked with key chain) Auditorium 6 (locked) (can now be unlocked with key chain) Souvenir shop 1Souvenir shop 2 Souvenir shop 3 Men's bathroomWomen's bathroomPopcorn standHotdog stand Hamburger standSoft drink standWest Wing (locked) (requires a key) East Wing (locked) (requires a key)

Gulping down the water from the Vial she had just collected Hitomi breaks away for a moment to look at this strange table which had appeared form no where but seemed like it was always there "Is this just a dream?" she muttered again.
Seeing each jar had a liquid in she decides to chance it and re-fill her now empty vial with the red liquid no reason behind it just her thought it may bring her to reality when needed possibly...... but the key chain she decides to leave for now and see what the group decides to do.
Walking away flicking her hair she leans up against a nearby pillar for a quick rest

If the note was to be taken seriously, it offered the first explanation as to what had happened. Of course, that explanation was some riff on quantum branching "I don't think we're in Kansas anymore..." but just because Naz wasn't a fan of most interpretations of the Many Worlds Theory didn't mean that wasn't what had happened. What he did like was: Two different colored liquids and two vials. All bases covered so long as they didn't have to be consumed in a sequence
And then there were the six keys "Russian roulette? Really?" He muttered grabbing the first key "That's Intro to Statistics material..." grumbling to himself about brute force solutions, remedial course material and singularities the whole way to the auditorium
Naz fills up his vials with red and blue liquid, then unlocks & searches Auditorium 1

Cherry spotted a small glass vial sitting quite obviously out on the counter near the soda machines she was sitting next to, still swinging her legs to and fro. Stopping her leg movement, she slipped off the counter and walked several steps to where the glass vial sat. How had she not noticed it earlier? The glass reflected the glow of the failing overhead lights. It was a clean vial and was most likely left from some recent vagrant, she surmised as she extended her right hand and took it up, now inspecting it. Her honey brown eyes roved over the empty vial before she shrugged her shoulders and deposited it into her purse. It was hers now.
Tightening the cap of her silver flask, she did a roll back over the counter and again landed on her feet much like a feline would. Dusting herself off slightly, she ventured back to the lobby where others were already, again, congregated. She seemed to have lost time back there at the soda stand, going into a trance like state, her eyes tightly shut, trying to numb away any mental pain she was feeling deep inside that was threatening to break free from its cell and ravage her entire being. She had faintly heard a voice over the intercom before with that loud piercing shriek of the microphone, but paid it no mind. She was lost in her stupor. She even thought she heard a small female's voice and a male's over to her left, at the popcorn stand. So lost in her trance, she ignored any words that they had said to one another. They had left before her eyes had opened, though.
Just as she was trying to recall what the voice said previously, it came over the speakers again, "Dear horror enthusiasts, We are proud to announce that our small experiment has now officially begun, If you would kindly head back to the main lobby of the theater you will notice a new addition there, You should have picked up the empty vials by now and this will be where you use them, Now remember, whatever you do don't drink the ... one unless you want it to find you."
Puzzled, Cherry stopped, wondering what 'the ...' was exactly. Shortly, she answered her own question as she saw a table that seemingly might have been there the whole time in the lobby. Although she was sure it had not, it was no time to ponder. Two glass jars sat atop the old wooden table and there were hands over the tops..hands..with no body attached..just amputated at the elbows. A shocked gasp escaped her with her right hand covering her mouth, slanted eyes wide, but she realized this was, in fact, a theatre and such arms may be just props. A slight laugh escaped with this realization. Halloween props no doubt!
Still, this is strange.... Cherry thought and stepped up right next to the table, now feeling at ease with those arms just being props, tilting her head left to right slowly, examining the jars and the props, how they mimicked surgically removed appendages. To her, the liquid in the jars looked like a cherry or strawberry drink mixed with vodka (or some other clear booze) and a blueberry or blue raspberry drink mixed with the same..or maybe some Hyponotiq for the blue liquid. At any rate, she felt compelled to slip the glass vial from her purse and approach the red liquid. The gruff man from earlier (Naz) filled his vials with both liquids and the Japanese girl from earlier filled her vial with the red liquid after he left, grabbing himself a key first from the keychain, and entered one of the auditoriums.
Cherry stepped up to the jars and helped herself to the red liquid, filling her vial as full as she could before popping the stopper into the neck of the vial, the air sucking it tightly into place. Next she examined the five sets of keys left on the key chain, as if contemplating what to do.
Turning to the Japanese girl in what seemed to be some sort of traditional garb, she perked her left eyebrow and began over to her. "Do you know what these liquids are?" It was a stupid question, but she needed something to break the ice. Truth be told, she just wanted some conversation with anyone.
The other two guys seemed to be hesitant to fill their vials and the loner girl seemed to be in the same spot as she was before. Cherry couldn't help but feel a niggle of pity for her, seeing this girl so distraught looking, maybe, at least to her it seemed that way. The girl seemed nervous, out of place..well they all were in this dump.
Her mind was processing still what the man said over the intercom. Don't drink what is in the vial? Which liquid is the wrong one to drink? Red or blue? What will find us if we do?! Who?! I didn't sign up for this experiment. At least I don't think I did.. What EXPERIMENT?! A look of uncertainty went on her face and she peered over at the two men again, then the pitiful girl, then the Japanese girl in front of her. Why is that weird guy so 'at home' during this meshugaas anyway? It seems like he knows the motions and what to do.. Her suspicions about him began to rise.
ACTION: Cherry fills up her vial with the Red Liquid.

As Ryan searched, he heard the girl reply, "Hello my name is Hitomi. This situation is strange I noticed this invitation this morning and thought to try it but had thoughts it would be a bigger tour, but something just doesn't feel right at the moment."
Ryan nods in agreement about the strangeness of the situation and was about to reply when he is struck silent by the discovery of yet another pristine glass vial hidden in the rusty underbelly of the inoperable cooking station. Still on his haunches, holding out the vial in his hand and studying it, Ryan puzzles over what this could mean, when out of nowhere the speakers of the theater scratch out another announcement. Ryan immediately bolts upright as he hears the creepy voice yet again.
"Dear horror enthusiasts,
We are proud to announce that our small experiment has now officially begun, If you would kindly head back to the main lobby of the theater you will notice a new addition there, You should have picked up the empty vials by now and this will be where you use them, Now remember, whatever you do don't drink the ... one unless you want it to find you"
Going back to the lobby, true to their word, Ryan finds a place setting that wasn't there before containing two jars of liquid, which were held by what he could only assume were two prop severed arms, though he wasn't tempted to go and thoroughly check them out himself. Looking at the blue and red liquids in each individual jar, only one thing comes to his mind. With a smirk, he says to himself "You take the blue liquid, you stay in wonderland and believe whatever you want to believe. But if you take the red liquid, and I'll show you how deep the rabbit hole goes."
Sighing to himself, Ryan takes out the two vials and goes, "Fuck it..." and fills one vial with the Red liquid and the other with the Blue liquid.
Holding both vials in one hand, he takes the key marked with the number two from the key chain and looks around. Hitomi was still in the lobby, along with another woman about the same age as Ryan, along with two other individuals, a man and a woman. Speaking loudly enough to address everyone nearby, but looking primarily at Hitomi, Ryan asks, "I'm heading to check out the second auditorium, if any of you want to tag along, it's fine I guess. With all this weird crap going on, perhaps it's best to stick together, although I'm sure it's fine really."
Ryan wondered if perhaps they could hear the unintended doubt in voice as well as he could, looking a bit ashamed that he could be so easily spooked what seemed like a B-class production.
"Well, okay then. Just follow me if you feel up to it."
And with that Ryan goes into the second auditorium.

From her resting place having noticed a lion like man seemingly calm as ice go fill a vial then go straight to one of the auditoriums Hitomi decides time to make a move as she gets to the table with strange hands again the girl form earlier is there trying to make a decision must of noticed Hitomi as she asks
"Do you know what these liquids are?"
"In the truth of reality I don't know but going by legend and how this place seems red feels like releasing you back to reality whilst blue keeps you in blissful ignorance it's that or off date soda" With that the girl fills up with red liquid to which Hitomi says
"Sometimes reality is painful but the best thing to embrace" As she is about to ask the girls name Ryan the man from earlier calls out
"I'm heading to check out the second auditorium, if any of you want to tag along, it's fine I guess. With all this weird crap going on, perhaps it's best to stick together, although I'm sure it's fine really."
With that Hitomi decides time to carry on searching she grabs the key for the 5th auditorium and moves quickly in that direction, not before calling to Ryan and the girl
"I'll be in the 5th" As Hitomi gets to the 5th Auditorium she unlocks the door which seems a bit hard to open still so with a swift shoulder barge she is in and starts searching.

The Japanese woman responded to her question in a manner that made Cherry think hard.
"In the truth of reality I don't know but going by legend and how this place seems red feels like releasing you back to reality whilst blue keeps you in blissful ignorance it's that or off date soda." Cherry smirked at the joke of the blue liquid being old flat soda. Maybe that was the case, she thought with a grin.
The woman continued, "Sometimes reality is painful but the best thing to embrace."
"How very true." Cherry responded back, her grin gone as she nodded in agreement. Her long black and cherry colored hair bounced with the movements of her head.
The nervous man, no doubt close to her own age, popped up again and filled his vials with both the blue and the red liquids after a little deliberation. He muttered something about 'Alice in Wonderland,' but she couldn't make out some of his words.
After the man was finished he said with nervousness coloring his words, "I'm heading to check out the second auditorium, if any of you want to tag along, it's fine I guess. With all this weird crap going on, perhaps it's best to stick together, although I'm sure it's fine really." Cherry lifted her eyebrow at him. Is he scared? She thought with another grin lifting her lips, though this time the grin was a sly one.
"Well, okay then. Just follow me if you feel up to it." He finished and headed to his auditorium of choice. Cherry thought about following him, not that she was attracted to him or anything, but because she wanted to make sure he wasn't scared and everything was better in numbers in these types of situations, not that she had been in this type of situation before.
Her eyes flicked to the keychain now containing four sets of keys. The Japanese woman stepped up to the table and took her own key leaving three sets left.
"I'll be in the 5th." She said and quickly enough headed there, entering.
Stepping up to the table herself, Cherry bit lightly on her left lip ring before snatching up a key marked #6.
Just looking at the key for a moment, she contemplated either following the nervous man or the Japanese woman since they both seemed nice enough. Making a quick decision she headed off across the expanse of the lobby to the auditorium marked six. Hesitantly she shoved her key in the lock and pushed hard since the lock seemed to be in bad disrepair, obviously not having been oiled in ages. After finally hearing the tumblers release, she pushed the door open and stepped in, the door slamming shut behind her.
"I'm going to need a drink.." She said, already re-opening the silver flask in her hand.
SEARCH: Cherry searches the 6th Auditorium.

Riley was unconvinced with the man's reply, and it really couldn't have been more obvious that the dude was nervous, shifty even. He had to be on something. It wasn't just in the man's demeanor, but in the way he'd slipped on the glasses quickly. Riley would have even been able to take a damn good guess at exactly what it was he'd taken had he just had a glimpse of his eyes. Not that it mattered, but he saw medicated people every single day as part of his job. Come to think of it, one of the other women, plain looking, she had a look about her that was a little off as well.
Something caught his eye underneath the counter and for a moment, he looked down, sighing outwardly as his fingers curled around yet another empty glass vial.
"I'm Riley, by the ..." He didn't get a chance to finish. A loud feedback screech interrupted him mid sentence followed by that voice again, the one from a short while earlier. The 'narrator', he guessed.
"Dear horror enthusiasts,
We are proud to announce that our small experiment has now officially begun, If you would kindly head back to the main lobby of the theater you will notice a new addition there, You should have picked up the empty vials by now and this will be where you use them, Now remember, whatever you do don't drink the ... one unless you want it to find you..."
Key number three. He took it without a second thought, snatched it rather quickly before anybody else could, in fact, and slipped it inside his jacket pocket before glancing around at the odd looking group gathered around the table, not entirely sure about the liquids. A couple of them seemed to drink it, but he wasn't yet convinced it was the best idea. They were only props after all, though. What harm could it do? He filled the two vials with each of the coloured liquids and did a short eeny meeny miney mo in his head before downing the the red one.
Aaaand, nothing. He shrugged and headed off to find out what was behind Door Number three.

Rummaging through the dimly lit auditorium, looking under the rows and rows of chairs, Ryan wondered what kind of movies had played here at the theater. Had it been classics like Dracula or Godzilla, more ridiculous fair like Them! or Bride of the Monster. Ryan would like to think of himself as being somewhere in the middle of this spectrum, but sadly he knew the pictures he usually wrote for by assignment steered more to the ridiculous and definitely below what he knew he was capable of writing. It would be easy just to blame his agent for finding these crap assignments, but that would only be a half truth as he never really protested what he was given or aggressively pushed for him to find better projects. The truth of the matter was that Ryan had simply given up, and not just because of the barrage of Z-grade script work, but he had given up on life. After what had happened three years ago he simply didn't care anymore about himself or anyone else for that matter. He was even surprised he had stopped to talk to the girl Hitomi, but that was mainly out of nerves he supposed.
Stopping and looking down at the blue twine bracelet on his right wrist, Ryan remembers briefly a time where he was happier and felt his most creative, a time that was taken away from him carelessly, throwing him into his recent funk and despising what seemed like a brain dead and uncaring world, only selfishly think of themselves. Looking away from the bracelet, he lets out another deep sigh while looking up at the ceiling. "Still... These folks with me don't seem that bad."
His mind then began to wonder back to the previous announcement over the theater's PA and the two jars of liquid in the lobby, a small sample of both he now carries in his left hand. Should he drink one of them? The announcer had spoken about one of the liquids deterring something coming after, possibly that freaky looking bus driver, as he was mentioned before. Was this part of the tour, some kind of game where they watched and determined if they drank the liquid and which one, setting up future scares? Were there hidden cameras placed about, watching them as they proceeded. Was this liquid even safe? That's the most sensible question, whether or not he was going to take this and be tripping balls or knocked out and waking up in a compromised position with something sticking out his bum. In the end, he decides to put it off for now. Maybe if others were around him, he would try his luck, especially if Hitomi was here. It wasn't that he was attracted to her really, as she was really, really young for him. It was just, she carried an aura of innocence with her that he found comforting, almost reminding him of...
Shaking off the past before it can even take hold of him, Ryan goes back to searching the second auditorium, continuing looking under seats and between the seat cushions.
