My status is officially "MEH". Got back from Amsterdam on Monday and have to go back to work today and cant remember my login password lol Cant find any clean shirts.....well, cant find ANY shirts which is just bizzarre and make me wonder if a shirt thief came round while I was away.
Another weeks break from LOST is very annoying but I have rediscovered my love of Splinter Cell and being sneaky.... Not much else to tell I guess.
2009, so far so bland lol

^Way to go Pseudo, you'll be making people very happy through your talent, after putting them through pain of course Haha, indeed! And thanks. Though in my experience it isn't actually so painful, in fact sometimes it is insanely ticklish..>_o But whatever the case, i am excited as hell here. I've been up for hours and am now ready to go about an hour before i need to catch the bus....gyagh!XD @ themightylebeau- Damn, i haave heard that being in amsterdam can alter or erase certain brain and memory functions... ..strange.. ;P

So where's ol' Vin Daddy at in his life?
Well, just yesterday I got my learner's permit back (I had one, but it expired before I took the driver's license exam). As for why a nearly 28-year old man hasn't got a driver's license yet, it's originally due to my epilepsy. But I'd gotten that under control several years ago and although I'm still susceptible to seizures, so long as I take my meds regularly and get enough sleep I'm fine. Beyond that, it's a mixture of fear (I'm sure I'll be a good driver because I'm terrified of being a bad one) and, admittedly, apathy (I got too used to not driving).
Also, though I stand by my philosophy that what one does for a job does not constitute what one does "with one's life", I think I've finally realized what I want to do with my life (with the financial support of my job). I'm aspiring towards worship musiciansip. This of course does not mean leaving behind all the great music I'm into, only making my own music as well; music that's meaningful to me.
Yeah, 28's gonna be a good year. Productive, anyway. Basically a "shit or get off the pot" year. And shit I plan to do.

I spent the past year going to school and working on my Bachelors in Biology (one year down, 2 1/2 to go!). I also spent most of the past year trying to find a job, which I finally just did today, yay!

Well nothing has changed here in all honesty still in my job which is a good thing in this day and age, sold my old car got a new one to run around in. Always the case of saving money to pay debts off and trying to keep one slef entertained.
Hopefully I will find some time for gaming in next few weeks

What have I done over the year? Not much to be honest. I have bouts of MAJOR depression so haven't been working for a while. It's pretty much same old same old for me. Although I did manage to fit something interesting into the year. Me and my dog Sammy went to Earls Court after winning a heat to the final of Scruffts at discover dogs. We didn't win sadly. In other news I think I scraped past possible Swine Flu this weekend.

Well I don't know what I did wrong, but my friend who I know online for over five years now has stopped responding to my messages. I know she can't always find time to E-mail, I am busy myself at times, but It's been months now, last I heared from her I think it was February. So now here I am wondering if I should bother sending her a greeting for her 26th birthday that's comming 23rd of june

Blacky, I had the same thing happen with a friend of mine. I finally flat-out asked her if I'd done something wrong, and that got a response. Turns out she'd just been really busy and hadn't realized how many of my emails she'd "set aside" and never gotten back to. She's been a lot better about it since. Maybe you've offended her, maybe not. I'd just ask her at this point. What have you got to lose? And before you do that, I'd send her the birthday wishes. Take the high road. My update: Thanks to my incredibly generous inlaws, the hub and I are going to Disneyland for five days this week!

Vincent is a happy Vincent! The local guitar shop down the street had a sale on Saturday. I went there with my dad and got a new guitar, a real pretty acoustic/electric Takamine. Since it was around my birthday, my parents helped me get it. They didn't buy it for me, but they chipped in $50, so I guess that means they paid for the case. Most of it. Anyway, it was a great deal for the quality of guitar it is, a little over $400. This close to Otakon '09, I didn't feel spectacular about spending that much, but it was the best time to buy it.
