I loved SC5... It was intended to be primarily a multiplayer experience so that it could actually see some serious competitive play, which it succeeded in doing, because it was at EVO 2012. It's by far the most balanced game in the series to date, and still regularly updated for balance. As a competitive player myself, it's fantastic. But then agian I could give a shit less about single player content in a fighting game.
Stuff I'm still looking forward to from this point on...
Borderlands 2 Guild Wars 2 Sony All-Stars Brawl Tekken Tag 2 Persona 4 Arena The Last of Us Metro: Last Light Persona 4: Golden Abyss DMC Resident Evil 6 Torchlight 2 Injustice: Gods Among Us Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate Darksiders II Lego City Undercover Paper Mario: Sticker Star Pikmin 3 Crysis 3 Sim City Star Wars 1313 Beyond Two Souls Hitman: Absolution Tomb Raider Dead Space 3 Watch Dogs (To some extent, could be decent. Looks gorgeous.) Dishonored (To some extent as well.) Retro City Rampage
Too many damn games.

I had no problem with the mechanics of SCV, it just felt like SCIV with a few more characters in every other aspect. Part of my disappointment stems from the rumor that every character was going to have a developed campaign until they rushed the project. Plus I pretty much suck at fighting games, I just enjoy to play them, so online multiplayer is less enticing to me in this case.
