^ Well, something has come out of it actually. This thread has made me realize I haven't seen The Wizard of Oz in quite a few years so I'm going to go watch it right now. Dang, I barely even know what that movie was really ABOUT anymore.

I know David Lynch loves the Wizard of Oz, of which can clearly be shown in "Wild At Heart" but I've honestly felt I could come up with ideas about what object and colors mean without using TWOO. But if anyone wants to take a look at the "Lost on Mulholland Drive" website, many little things in MD can be traced back to TWOO.

I've yet to see Inland Empire, I really want to see it, but a movie that is 3 hours long with an ultra confusing (perhaps non-existent) plot line sounds daunting to me.
