Glad to have you back, sunset!!! Love this page, especially Aeron's expression in that panel before running off. He knows when two women are about to have at it, it's best just to head for the hills. LOL Love the collection of echoes here, especially the one with the heart engraved sword handle, very nice. Are any of them based on male comic superheroes counterparts, because one looks eerily like Hawkeye from the Avengers. Glad to have you back and glad you decided to save all the violence for the page, wouldn't have it any other way.

Thank you, Silent Hero, it´s great to be back! No echoes based on male superheroes, promise! If you´re referring to the archer on Nadra´s left, that´s Bowdicca and I have a small part in mind for her to sorta butt heads with Lady Radamant, a couple pages from now. But I´ve already said too much.

Love this page! Seems that Bowdicca is already showing her worth by wounding Narkissa there, I doubt she will be in any real danger against Lady Radamant, but I could always be surprised. And in the the third panel, is that a homage to The Machine Girl by any chance? One freaky movie to be sure, and I was wondering if it inspired you any? Can't wait to see more of this "therapy". Sure it will be quite something to see the end results.

Hi, guys! Damn, it seems lately I seem to be apologising all the time... I´m so sorry for yet another delay in updating the pages. I´ve restored some order into my schedule and should be able to upload more regularly from now on. Silent Hero, Alx, thank you guys. Especialy for your infinite patience. I watched part of Machine Girl once but never managed to watch the whole movie. It seemed neat, though, with the transformations - MUCH less visceral that Tetsuo -. Bowdicca is just one of the many archers in Nadra´s arsenal, but I´m throwing her into the limelight because she´s one of the few echoes that already has a name, along with Catmund, Puppy Poppy or Merryhair.

Great splash page, sunset. You certainly have the gift of creating such beautiful female characters, but of course we already knew that, but the number throughout this work is truly stunning. Amazing.
Favorite part, the cigarette smoking woman that is unloading her guns into the back of Narkissa's head, with no effect. LOL Seriously, what does it take to take her down, besides the obvious ancient boon that Sethos had.

That Sethos rune doesn't take Narkissa out, it limits the power she can channel into this realm from hers. Think of it as a mystical resistor...
Since she isn't even from this realm, you can't even kill her per se but banish her from this reality. To kill Narkissa, you'd have to do it on her tree (as it were)
Imagine that we are deathmatching... You can kill my character on the server but I'm still fine. Depending on the server protocol, I can log back in immediately, after an interval or never. Regardless, you haven't really killed ME
At least, this would be the case in standard metaphysics. Sunset has the last word, of course...

Thank you, Silent Hero, glad you liked my female Nick Fury. Narkissa is one tough motha... -Shut yo mouth! ;D But she can be brought down, even without Sethos´dagger. In this pocket universe, she´s operating at a cent of a cent of her power level. Like we saw in the end of chapter#2, if Nadra were to remove her protection, she´d "shrivel like a raisin". So, the question would be.. why hasn´t she? Hey, Alx, thanks, that IS a very cool concept and I wish I had thought of it. Narkissa is operating under different laws here, though. She really is physicaly in this world. But, as mentioned earlier, the Ancients rigged every atom, every particle in this universe to be lethal to her. She must channel all her "galaxy-devourer" powers solely to life support, (otherwise she´d crush this puny planet with a mere afterthought). So, the question would be... how is she planning to burn this world down, then? Them Pendargrave boys choose the strangest moments to solve their brotherly issues.

Evidentally fratricide isn't frowned upon in Clan Pendagrave...
If Narkissa is physically in this world (not simply as an avatar) then she's looking to torch a house while she is still inside it...
As for why Nadra is protecting her? Well, they are special friends. Sure they fight a lot but mostly as an excuse to kiss and make up later...

Brilliant page! I love Sethos' seemingly complete obviousness to the fact that Aeron is still holding a grudge after all these years.
And it seems the foot soldiers are becoming reanimated? So I guess this means the twins are back? Can't wait to see how that all effects Nadra, which I feel it should in some way, since she seemingly has a connection and a sympathy to all things in this world.

Thank you, Alx! Narkissa´s been doing her Devourer routine for a long time, I´m sure she wrote the book on how to survive armageddon.unscathed. You´ve hit the nail in the head, though. As much as they´re about to strangle each other, I still see this fight as two best friends just having one helluva argument. And Silent Hero, thank you as well. Sethos does lack on the empathy department. Fortunately for him, his older brother is about to introduce him to his character-building boots. About the twins, they´re no longer under Sethos´influence. When Nadra killed them and rebuilt them as two little girls, she really meant what she said with that "tabula rasa". "- Follow the rabbit."

This wins the award for most insane use of the word "bunny" ever! Pretty intense page all around, love how Aeron has gone all Berserker on his bro! XD

Narkissa, Nadra, Sethos, the brothers P and everyone else decides to kiss and make up, in the interest of uniting against the common enemy- STEAM!
The rest of the chapter would simply be disturbingly graphic images of the makers of steam being tortured

LOL Thanks, Vio. You know, maybe them Pendargraves should just give up and instate "barechested" as the Pride´s standard clothing norm. Of course this could give rise to headaches (or nosebleeds) since there´s women in the clan as well... Thanks, Silent Hero. LOL Yeah, that "bunny" line just came out of nowhere. But if you look back, Aeron´s been talking down to Sethos since they were children. I´m pretty sure "bunny" is not the very worst he´s heard before. ^_^ Hey, Alx, thanks! I dunno... Nadra, Narkissa and the Pendargrave brothers all in the same side ganging up on someone? I´m pretty sure that´d qualify as cruel and unusual punishment in any court of law. Well, at least you didn´t throw Lady Radamant into the mix because that would most likely lead to something un-PG13-like. ^_^ Not the first or even second time someone circumvents Aeron´s invulnerability. I´ve been itching to draw this scenne for a long time. I figure it´d finally give a glimpse of how the Pendargraves´amazing damage soak works.
