www.ea.com/shadows-of-the-damned/videos/announcement-trailerJust watched this trailer today, and it struck me as a very interesting matchup between Japanese developers along with Akira Yamaoka as the sound director. From the trailer it looks slightly Resident Evil 4 and 5 (gameplay wise) but we'll see when it eventually is playable how it functions. The music also sounds fine from what you hear in the trailer. Certainly different from Silent Hill but I think that's a healthy step for Akira Yamaoka.

I liked the music. The graphics need a little polish but it's early stage I guess, and the acting was the right ammount of cheese. Looked like an Evil Dead movie a bit.

Seems a bit cringeworthy (as in the dialogue), but then again so are alot of characters in other games that I like. Akira Yamaoka + RE4 Director + No More Heroes Director =

I agree. The main character is the worst part of the trailer, but the music was fantastic and it looks like an even more action packed version of RE4. So it's pretty cool in my eyes.
