We have them, they're weird, and sometimes worth sharing. So feel free to dish out whatever oddities your subconscious dishes out in your sleep. Whether it's one that happened awhile ago or more recently, feel free to share.
I've been having very vivid dreams lately. Here's three of them, two from the day before and one from today:
Yesterday, I woke up from having a dream where I reunited with people I once lived with to pick up some things I had left behind. Thing is, I don't know who any of them are, except that the one guy was from Zack and Miri Make A Porno. It was very chill, we ended up hanging out, I ended up with old Dutch-esque items plus "wacky armbands", and woke up with the phrase "never lose sight" stuck in my head.
Later in the day, I dreamt I was in the 1800's, being chased by some people I pissed off for whatever reason. One of them was a thinner version of "Boss" Tweed, this guy I read about who was a massively corrupt New York "politician" around that time, who was wearing a fireman's hat with a saw blade on top. They chased me down at night and threatened me, we made a deal, and that was that.
Now today, I was at work when the apocolypse happened. One of the beings that arrived was the Hellgod version of Black Mage from the nuklearpower webcomic. He had a book of spells that I stole and tried to half-ass apply to become a hellgod, myself, and make the apocolypse work for me. Didn't work. However, at one point, my job turned into its own old-timey city and I was running around with rebels blowing things up while trying to hide the book from Black Mage. He ended up finding me, and right before I woke up to my alarm he warned, "The end will come in July".

Well last night I dreamt that my uncle, (who yesterday had a filling in his tooth repaired) had an issue with his new filling and needed it fixed. I awoke to find out that this was indeed the case, and he really needed to have his filling fixed. My brother recently also dreamt that he encountered a ghost at our grandparents old house. In this dream, the ghost was an old woman in a pink shirt, and he seemed to "know" that it was our grandfather's mother. (My brother has never seen our grandfather's mother.) When he woke up, he saw the figure of a man sitting in a chair next to his bed, then it disappeared. I suggessted he look at a picture of our grandfather's mother, and he got one from our mother. According to him it's the same lady, and she was even wearing a pink shirt in the photo. So, apparently my dreams predict the future and my brother communes with the dead.

Ouch. I just woke up, having one where I inherited a baby toad that followed commands and fetched me things. We set out on an adventure, going through a swamp that housed some monster in the waters that almost nabbed us, then settled down while it multiplied into other toads. I had given it a name, but can't remember what it was now.

Had a weird one last night in which an old friend kept falling off of high places and I kept needing to call her an ambulance. It was dark and snowing a bit and we were walking through town, but there were all these cliffs and ledges and stuff that was freaking me out, because I'm afraid of heights. She wanted me to climb down this huge ladder, about 8 stories high and I was terrified. The last time it happened was the worst, she fell off this ledge and splatted on the ground, her arms and legs were all broken. I had installed a game on my cellphone and it had a virus, which caused the numbers I was dialing to not enter correctly. I was trying to call "911" but it wouldn't work. Later I was in a warehouse washing somebody's dishes and painting my face like the joker. A dude I knew in high school kept trying to get me to have sex with him. Then my mom and grandma showed up and I hurried away to get away from the dude.

nureintier: Sounds like you have a lot of anxiety in your life right now and some sort of conflict Last time I was in that sort of position, my dream was of sitting on a hill overlooking a fogged in airport. Planes kept departing but all I could see was their running lights and a vague silhouette as they flew overhead. Some of these things were HUGE. Seemed like I had this dream all night long, an amazingly comforting dream Words are weak and unwieldy when it comes to describing dreams

I've been dreaming strangers lately. Well I've probably seen their faces once or so but otherwise I don't recall these people and most of the time I see these strangers from a side talking either to me or "my" people but it feels as if I am a spectator and they don't even see me. I recall recently having a violent dream of this sort where this stranger was stabbing my good friend and no matter how much I yelled I couldn't get anyone's attention even though I was in some sort of party full of people.
Before this I used to dream about my teeth cracking/falling out/breaking/getting smashed etc. Other than that my dreams tend to be consistent ... does that mean my psyche isn't burdened?

So I was in a video game. The graphics were like out of an old PS game, and I was looking down at a bit version of my car driving through a tightly designed course. This course was a wooded area, heavily snowed through, and my car was having difficulty handling in the snow, just barely keeping from driving into a bend. I could feel myself handling the controls. Suddenly, I miss a turn and the "screen" does one of those random-battle flashes.
Inside the car, I'm sitting there in normal form, trying to defog the windshield so I can see to get myself back on the road. It was funny, that the inside of my car was piled with snow for some reason, and my windshield wipers were on the inside of the car. Trying to wipe down the windshield with my coat sleeve, this stupid looking bit ghost manifests behind me, plain white with its little hands reached out to grab me. I simply punch it in the face, it disappears, and everything switches back to the overhead view as the car continues down its course.
When I lose control again, the "screen" flashes, and I wake up.

When I was a lot younger I used to dream of being involved in a car crash, only it was in slow motion. Happened about four times I think.

I rarely dream, and when I do I tend to drag whatever stressing problem I have into it... not exactly enjoyable. Gladly (?), very few things really bother me at all, actually like a couple... so it's not an issue.
I do remember this odd dream about an old hospital, not old a la SH, I mean a well taken care of rural hospital from the 1920's or so, ya know, with its huge ebony doors and eerie feeling included. I've forgotten the details of what I was doing there (how the fk do you guys remember yours so vividly??), but the moment I don't forget was when I peeked inside some room upstairs and I saw two OVERLY attractive nurses pampering some chubby blonde boy... then one of them saw me and they both turned around their heads 180 degrees to reveal huge maws, with which the one on the right devoured the boy's head in a single bite. I remember I ran like hell, but now I wonder why since it was actually kinda cool...

Whatever's concerning the subconscious is what shows up in dreams, or so it's suppose to go. I'd say it'd make sense that reoccuring dreams happen because of unending circumstances. (how the fk do you guys remember yours so vividly??) Because we're lucky? Today, I had one where it was me and two other people set up in an large apartment(?) room where we had business to do with somebody. The thing was, it was a trap. We needed information from this person, and this was the golden opportunity. So, in comes the person, this really cute Asian girl, who immediately goes to business about a large cocaine (don't worry, not a user) shipment by the docks. Things turn bad when she realizes that's not what we're there to discuss. Things turn violent when it turns out that she's also there to spring a trap on us, and her people open up fire from outside into the windows. THEN it turns out that her people are out to kill her along with us, so we all team up and make an escape, where part-way through it turns out I actually know her from somewhere in the distant past. My teamates don't care much for this, and it turns into where we're trying to get away from her people while fighting amongst each other. They're trying to rough her up to get the information so they can just ditch her, I'm defending her while aware that I should know better, and it was all a jumbled mess until the wall blew out. Cue morning. Stuff like this makes me want to write a book or something.

Yes! I love dreams, and I've had a really funny one the other day.
It had a strong Kill Bill vibe to it, even though it had been years since I watched any of the movies, and I'm not exactly a huge fan. There was a vicious little girl with black hair, I'm guessing of Asian descent, and she had a partner with her. In a way, she was somewhat like the girl from Kick-Ass.
She was in this really, err, epic battle with the villain, and the villain was standing behind her at some point. He cut her arm off and blood began spraying wildly. Somehow she took her sword, reached behind her with it and behind him as well and impaled him, killing him. Again, extreme amounts of blood was spraying, and the girl was covered with it at this point. The whole time her partner was standing around not doing much...
Edit: nureintier, your icon really had me rolling with laughter. Nice pixel, bro.

I have had some seriouslyu odd dreams the last few nights. And I blame this thread.
One involved me being in a line-up to find a serial killer. The serial killer was in fact Dexter from the show. And the line-up was done by some rebel group who had Aster as a member who despised Dexter. Very strange.
The other one I dreamt (warning long) I was in ancient Japan where there were a lot of monsters. At first I was an unnamed soldier who helped grab this old woman who was this great fighter so she could fight some evil monster. We ravaged a town and found a guy hiding in a hole with a bunch of animals. The old woman starting chopping the heads off of the animals. It ticked me off so bad I started to fight her and turns out I was this immortal killing machine of a warrior. And the group I was with turned on me. I was being attacked with swords and shot at with firey arrows. Weirdly I got hit by one of those arrows and actually remember feeling it and even though it woudn't kill me I avoided getting hit again. eVENTUALLY i FACED OFF AGAINST THE OLD WOMAN WHO STARTED USING THESE WEIRD LONG STICKS THAT CREATED FIREWORKS. The last I thing before it faded, her legs turned into these long firework things and I was trrying to dodge getting burnt to a crisp by them.

Here's last night's dream.
I owned two fish in one fishbowl. They weren't goldfish, however. I did not have any fish food for them, so I made them spaghetti.
Yeah.
I put the noodles in their bowl neatly, then I poured the sauce over them. Defying physics a bit, the sauce laid down on the noodles perfectly and did not fog up the water at all. The fish happily ate it, but the spaghetti didn't look "presentable" enough so I made a bit more sauce to add to the noodles and sprinkled cheese on too.
After waking up, the thought of soggy noodles and watery sauce mixed with fish made me feel sick... the thought of eating spaghetti today turns me off. xD
