Been almost a week so I'll post again.
Watching lots of Boston Legal on dvd, it's the only law show I really like, Alan Shore makes me wish I was gay. Also, woke up in the middle of the night, and since my brain was complete mush so I was able to rewatch some Bleach, even though the contents so thin that normally I can only stand one viewing. But then I ate some hot dogs and my brain began functioning again and I could no longer think this wasn't stupid.

The A-Team (movie) As a BIG fan of the original TV series I still actually liked this movie. It took the A-Team to a more modern setting. Whilst some of the actors didn't quite fit the characters they did pretty darn good with it. And teh biggest casting that worried me (B.A Baracus) actually proved to be the best conversion. Quiton Jackson really emboddied B.A.

^ Does it deliver on the WTF factor?

The Alien quadrilogy. I've liked all the films, though the second one is my favourite by far. I still find the costumes amazing, especially considering the original came out during the seventies. The Aliens looked terrifying then, and they still do now.
I'll take this over CGI anyday.

I'm glad you mentioned the WTF factor, as it is what I yearn for in the movies I watch, and I can say that Black Swan delivers. I couldn't stop thinking about the movie for like a week after watching it, and had to go back for another viewing.
I'm sure anyone who likes Psychological horror, and I assume most all here do, will love it. I thought it was fraking amazing!

Watched "The Fighter" with Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg. It was pretty good, but a lot lighter than I thought it was going to be. Kinda down right goofy and funny in some spots, which seemed to take away from the heavier drama for me anyway. Still enjoyed it though. Definitely not something I have seen before despite the fact that it is a story that is not exactly breaking the boundaries.

Legion What a load of rubbish. The premise was far more exciting then the end product. And it left gaping holes in the plot.

Black Swan. Decent. Didn't thrill me as much as most I guess. I just kept thinking...this is the story of Two-Face, but as a female ballerina...and a lot more lightly played out.

The Princess and the Frog. I'm actually a pretty big Disney fan, and the move to CG animation felt like complete betrayal to me, so I was curious about this one. It was pretty good, but this is the only Disney movie I've seen that I would say was too focused on visual splendor. The Shadowman may be my favorite Disney villin, he was very iconic for me. I found his song rather creepy. In fact, despite being completely coated in sugar and a total girly princess story, this may have also been the creepiest Disney film. (Spoilers) Finally, while my friend cried, I was very happy when Raymond died. Bug versus Shadowman. I'm happy they made the realistic choice with that one. (End Spoilers) So, not the best Disney film, but in some ways a return to form. 8/10

Philosophy of a Knife. Not recommended for weak people. It is extremely violent and gory.
