Father Vincent, I think you were visited by a Succubus. Or an Incubus. I hope for you it's not the latter. xD

Well since I was half asleep and very groggy when I woke to find my coat mumbling something I coulden't understand as it hang from my bedroom door, I really had to think for a moment whenever I should report it and risk sounding like a looney or to decide it's just in my head and ignore it and fall back to sleep. A typical start to the day for me

I believe in demons too, but if we're gonna talk supernatural just for a moment, I believe also that I'm protected by the Holy Spirit and no demon is welcome in my home.

Haha, but if we're talking supernatural, I used to believe my bedroom to be haunted. I used to feel a presence, one or more, and they were watching me. It was terrible. Maybe that has something to do with the hypnagogia. But it wasn't a hallucination and I could feel that even when not sleepy or next to sleep. Creepy. I stopped sensing them though. It's been about 7 years now that my bedroom is "clean".

blackswordsman: Oh, I didn't realize you were joking. Around here, It's kinda hard to know how to take certain posts sometimes. Though on the subject of haunting, oddly enough, my X360 (when it still worked) used to inexplicably turn itself on. It did that like, three times. The last time some friends were over and they saw it, too. So if my apartment is haunted, it's by a ghost who wants to play video games with me. That's the kind of haunting I can deal with.

@ blackswordsman - did you ever actually see any spooks? I don't remember actually seeing anything. My father used to stay in my room a little until I fell asleep. I used to ask him to. I could feel his presence, and about 2 more. My dad followed Spiritism. Once he mentioned to my mother he saw late grandfather in our living room, some years after his death. Maybe it was one of the presences? I don't think so, those presences made me feel very uneasy. My father thought about the possibility of there being something wrong with my room. I think he might have done something to "clean" my room, and if he did, it worked. Never felt them again. Of course it could have been all my imagination and my father's beliefs, but you never know... It sure made me curious about the supernatural. One thing I can know for sure, my father had a crystal pendulum and I could move that guy without using my hands. I swear. It was awesome. I have to buy one of those to try it out again. blackswordsman: Oh, I didn't realize you were joking. Around here, It's kinda hard to know how to take certain posts sometimes. I have no stories other than my "presences". Lame. Though this XBOX ghost would definitely be better than them. Creeps. *shrugs*

You people have entertaining lives. I only saw a UFO once. No ghosts or other paranormal stuff.

I had a dream this time it was one were it felt like Id been pulled out of bed a bit? I had something like that when I was a kid. That was the only time though. I was 6 or 7 I think and my parents had a really creepy huge attic in their room. Inside the attic was no lights and it extended from one end up the upper floor to the other. I was in a half conscious state of sleep and the attic door opened and some force started pulling me down the bed towards the door. I literally felt like I was being pulled. When I finally pulled myself out of it I was at the end of the bed. Maybe that's not exactly the same but I have been pulled around my bed before~

"The Nightmare" painting by Henry Fuseli (1781) You got the cheap version of this awesome painting, this is the original one: Following the topic, I've never experienced such things... I sleep and wake up like a damn robot, ON/OFF

Hypnagogia. Hey, I learned a new word today!
My best friend says that sometimes his body will be asleep, with him only able to move his fingertips, but his brain will still be awake and because he can't move, he will want to move. I think he used the word terrifying.
