This is probably old news for a lot of you here, but just in case for those that don't know, if you had a PSN account before the hack, the "Welcome Back Program" has begun.
Lots of GOOD free games being offered for both PS3 and PSP. And if you own both systems, you can get both, so FOUR free games. Good deal.
PS3 Offers: Wipeout HD Bundle (Includes Wipeout Fury Add-On) Dead Nation inFAMOUS LittleBigPlanet Super Stardust HD
PSP Offers: LittleBigPlanet Killzone: Liberation Pursuit Force Modnation Racers
I chose inFAMOUS and Wipeout HD for my PS3 games and LBP and Killzone: Liberation as my PSP games.
This is my first time playing a Wipeout game, ever. I REALLY like this, I should have bought this months ago. I can also finally finish inFAMOUS now before picking up the second one when money permits.

on the PAL store we get 'Ratchet and Clank : Quest for Booty' instead of Super Stardust HD. I've gone with that and Dead Nation, since i have the other games (minus the fury add on for wipeout).Have to update my psp to take advantage of the store on that. thing doesn't seem to hold much of a charge these days.
inFamous was a kick ass game, and i'm not surprised it was one of the free games. Obviously done to capitalize interest in the sequel coming out next week. (i've got the hero edition pre-ordered, with about $60 off thanks to a listing error).

Dead Nation: Amazingly fun game. Glad that it was mission based as opposed to survival based twin stick shooter. I love the Blade Cannon. On the later levels (and if its properly upgraded) it can clear the screen of zombies.
WipeOut HD: Bought it and realized racing games aren't for me. Beautiful game though
LittleBigPlannet: Great game but I got the platinum for it and have zero desire to go back. Its UGC is amazing though
Super Stardust: Never played it
inFAMOUS: For an open world game the world is amazingly detailed. Plus its fun to just be an ass, climb a building and do a Thunder Drop taking out a block of cars, people, and other stuff
Having said that I already own or have owned 4 of the 5 games. I went with inFAMOUS (I had a blast playing it) and Super Stardust HD (never played it).
Thanks Sony!

Dead Nation got kinda boring to me single player, but playing it with my buddy was a blast. Good stuff. If I hadn't bought it a few months back I'd have gotten it here for sure.
I've never played Super Stardust HD, but I hear it's one of the best DLC games on the PSN. Might have to just buy it soon. Don't regret taking Wipeout over it though. I don't race in Wipeout really, just play Elimination with my friends online. This game/mode REALLY reminds me of a series called Xtreme G that was around in the N64 era, which obviously was a ripoff of Wipeout anyway. I loved that game as a kid though.
I've never tried LBP on the PSP, but everything I read about it says it's damned good for a portable version of the PS3 version. And my wife was STOKED! She only played LBP a few times back when I had it for PS3 before we were married and living together and she is absolutely obsessed with the Sackboy. So now she can play to her heart's content on her PSP while on break at work and between college classes. She's pretty happy.
The downtime from the hacking sucked, but hell we're getting a lot of nice stuff to compensate, so it was kinda worth it. Free inFAMOUS alone was almost worth it to me. Amazing game that I regretted getting rid of before, very glad to have it back.

I got them all, since I bought Wipeout right before the outage (woo!) and my bro and I use the same console so yeah, free games galore.
Can't get the PSP games, been trying over and over, but no go.
WipeoutHD and inFAMOUS should be your top priority.
