So.........
Anyway.
Killzone 2 has been dated for 2/27/08 in America.
I'm not one for FPSs as BioShock has reminded me but I may have to pick up this bad lad as I did enjoy the original....

If there is any Console-shooter to get the coming year, it IS Killzone 2. Created by Guerilla Games, this game follows the storyline of the original Killzone. It contains of course a single-player campaign, and 32-player multiplayer. There is LOADS of shit I could say, but I will let the rest of my post speak for itself. To prove my point, here is some GIF's from the preview-code (which is allready classed as outdated, and old, the new code has only been played by few press-people, and is HIGHLY more polished apperantly). Remember people, everything here is 100% in-game and being played. I am sooooooo impressed with how this game is looking so far, and the fact that almost every image i see gets posted with words to the tune of "This is old build and looks poos nao compared to the new polish-up" is sooomewhat encouraging. And well, even if i had seen and heard nothing so far, this li'l fella would sell this game for me; I shall require much concept art to appease my tormented eyes once this biznitch hits...-_o;

Yeah, but i am one of those fools who don't wanna see absolutely everything before i play it, and yoooou know it. But yeah, it is partly the awareness of so much shiny imagery that makes my mind itch with anticipation to see it all as well as play the game itself tbh.XP

Well, seeing as that is the storyline and universe depicting the events of even before Killzone and Killzone: Liberation, I don't think it's a problem.

Trophy List has been revealed: www.ps3trophies.org/game/killzone-2/trophies/The Final Review build has hit several outlets now aswell, and some people have even broken the embargo, with OPM UK giving it a 9/10, OPM US a 5/5 and a site called Megagamer (on Metacritic even) gave it 9.9. Apperantly, the Final Review build makes the game look EVEN better. And as the game is going Gold (or it has been, I think it was this Friday, or the coming one), they are finishing up and polishing it even more. So, the Retail-build will look even better. Here's a little comparison between the Preview build in December and the Review Build in January: Only a month left, then I hope to see you all on Helghan!

Deus: The intro is GC with in-game assets. When you start seeing in FPV (even when it's a "cut-scene) is real-time though as it flows flawlessly into the game again. King of Dogs: I don't know why, but after reading alot of reviews and previews, I am thinking this might be fuck'n awesome. Hopefully the story will be good. Plus, who doesn't want a A HUGE EPIC FUCKING FINAL BOSS BATTLE. (I mean seriously, you get a trophy if you SPEED-KILL him within 20 MINUTES )

Heh, I'll say one thing about Killzone, the Helghast designs are badass. I'm definitely going to be one given the option in multi.
I'm gonna be so damn busy... Street Fighter IV (Street Fighter is like a religion to me, so this is something like the second coming of Christ. I'll spend more time on this than probably anything else...) Resident Evil 5 Killzone 2
That's a lot of money I've gotta come up with in a short time. I have the collector's edition of both SFIV and RE5 preordered...so they're like 90 a piece... Luckily for me my Birthday is the 12th of February, so that could work in my favor...though I REALLY need a new amp for my guitar.

The intro kinda has me excited for this game even though I tend to stay away from shooters, I may have to reconsider this once I hear of what unlockables it has Killzone 2 Review 10/10 forums.gametrailers.com/thread/696806

In this day and age of gaming, perfect scores get handed out like candy at Halloween, so they don't really phase me any longer. Game still looks good, time will tell.

Holy crap, that intro video was awesome. Everything I've seen of this game has looked amazing so far, I am glad I've had it preordered for quite some time.
