I think they've chosen there words carefully. Saying its not a remake, but a 'Reimagining' is a slick move. I mean, there bascily the same thing arn't they. But atleast this way we can say its non actualy the real Silent Hill. I'm willing to give it a look in (as long as its not a April Fools joke), gotta have a little faith. and hope theres no god damn cross hair/lasersights with the guns.

It's confirmed and already I can hear grumbles of "they're gonna mess up the cannon/classic storyline" from the mouths of fans across the globe... and my own mouth. While I don't mind that they're jumbling up the order of the events in the story, chanhging the roles that the characters play is setting my alarm bells ringing.
I like a game with a meaty completion time but needless backtracking is a pain. Great that Climax want to minimise/amputate it but is the game going to be shorter as a result? Will no more locked doors syndrome be there to address this?
On the plus side I like it that Climax are aiming high with the whole 'getting inside the player's head' concept of the town watching you. It'll be interesting to see how that pans out (or falls flat on its face).
And it appears that Climax's hairstylist has struck again with the unfortunate victim this time being Cybil. Just what is it with them? Can they not resist a dye job?

I'd just really like to see it become available for PC, with updated graphics. I'd be happy with that.
