Interesting find: Cam Clarke did the voice for Subject 16 Liquid fuck'n Snake?! I love Cam Clarke. Didn't even recognize his voice. Prolly cause he wasn't being British

Seriously? Cam Clarke? I knew the voice was familure, but i couldn't pin it. I always seem to have a hard time recognising them in other roles (except for Quinton Flynn)
Oh, and 'the Bunker' puzzel is bullshit. Pure A grade Bullshit.

I'm sure most know, but Desmond is also voiced by Nolan North. AKA, Nathan Drake of Uncharted.
Fun fact about Cam Clarke. He also did the voice of the main pig in the final episode of the Tales From the Crypt tv show on HBO, the single animated episode in the whole series. "The Third Pig". Of course also known for Leonardo on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Later as Jack Archer from Robotech. AND he has made several appearances in Blizzard games. Notably, the voice of the playable male blood elves in World of Warcraft.
Yeah...I'm a fan...

Alright, so i just finished it. I'm a little dissapointed with how the game ended up. Everyone of importance that helps you during the game, oh happens to be a Assassin. I know each person leads you to the other, but it just seemed a bit weak in the story. They said the story is meant to cover some 30 years of Ezio's life, I'm thinking that includes that first time we see him, being born.
Suppose i liked this one as much as the last. Their were some nigling issues in this one, and i don't think i really felt like a Assassin this time around. Ezio is someone that is out for revenge, and comes across as a hero of the people. Gameplay could still use some improvements, some nibling things in the back of my mind. I liked using the Theifs and Cortasaunts. Mercinaries were useless. I though it would be the other way around, but whenever you had them with you to fight, they didn't seem able to take anyone down. Might go back and play the first game again now.

i did. That was kinda cool. Something that seems odd to me, with Subject 16 though, during some of the last glyphs, he talks about not being able to take it anymore, and it sounds like his talking about his ancestors deaths. But he shouldn't be experiencing them should he. Cause as we saw with Altair, we stoped following him once he did the dirty in the tower.
Still got a few things to do in the game. I might use a guide to run around collecting feathers. and suprisingly, i've got a few combat trophies i want to unlock. I never ended up throwing sand in my enemies eyes, or got to use the spear like weapons. And i'm missing a weapon from my collection too.

Hmm, valid point It would make sense that once the gene is passed on you'd follow that gene.
The way I interpreted it was that he felt all those deaths (stabbing, shooting, drowning, etc) like how when we play as Altair or Ezio if we die we reset to the last DNA check point. I imagine 16 experienced alot of death (mistakes) in the Animus as he was forced to spend days in the machine and his reality was starting to blur.
16 talks about holding up the knife and Lucy see's him doing this, I think she silently consented to him killing himself, to end his suffering.
I dunno, thats my interpretation.
In ACIII, if we use the Animus again, I hope we get to be a woman Assassin, you know, just to shake things up

Re ACIII A couple weeks ago there was a interview where they speculated that the next title could be set during WWII and feature a female assassin. I dunno how i feel about that. Not the female part, thats cool, but world war II. Though that might be the natural progression vefor a Modern/Future installment.
But really, that raises a question, where/when should the next game be set?

Ugh, I hate WWII. Its been done to DEATH
If the game takes place entirely in the present. Since they're heading north it'd be neat to have snowy environments and since Assassin's are partial to whites and greys you could use that to blend into the area around you.
Also, I've been wondering what a current day Assassin looks like. Did it just boil down to a white hoodie and jeans or do they still have robes of some sorts?
As for ACIII if they use the Animus.....I haven't a clue. I know plenty about history to get all the Truth file references but ask me to point out someone (like I kept on getting Medici confused with someone else in ACII) and I go blank.
In ACI they said in an email that Subject 16 had 'Far East origins' That could be interesting but I think it'd run the risk of being a stereotypical ninja game
I'd be fine with anything as long as it has a decent plot. American Civil war? Philadelphia Experiment? JFK Assassination? JFK was a Templar after all

^ Heh I was thinking something along the lines of British occupied Japan (putting it in the 1945). But any idea i'd come up with past that would be fairly stereotypical Ninja game. But of course, There's no reason that can't be a Spin-off Entry on the PSP (like bloodlines).
I can't imagine assassins wearing robes in the present, but then, you'd hope they wouldn't be dressed like Desmond either.

wow, theres alot to read there. Have to read though it though, the AC team have done a brilliant job getting the story together, and working in/around history. In news, 2 DLC packs have been announced. "Battle for Forli" and "Bonfires of Vanities". The first is expected to Drop in January. There also suggesting you might need as much as 1GB of HDD space for each pack! cursious to see what could take up that much room (and how long it will take to download.)

I'm hoping for some epic content. At least 5 hours an episode would be nice for that amount of download size.
I'm wondering if the PSP/PS3 weapons will be DLC too.
