trying to recoup a portion of the development costs in the first few hours?
Finished the DLC, it wasn't that great. A big portion of it seemed to focus on mass fights/protection missions. The problem with them is how random the team AI is. I had difficulty at one point because they just died too damn quickly. At one point they died befor i could lock on and kill my first enemy. Got better towards the end, more stealth mission. But it ends pretty suddenly. Probably better left till bonfire of the vanaties comes out.
Assassins Creed : Discovery is out on the iPhone/iTouch again.

I'm so getting this game for PC!
But I might wait until all DLC is available, so I can play everything in the right order. D:

question is, can you play everything in the right order once the DLC is released? Think i heard that the PC release was going to have the DLC packs included anyway.

Beat Sequence 13. Port Authority made me *this* close to hurling my controller through my TV So I started a second playthrough and have noticed some things...that or I'm not very observant In the parking lot in the beginning there is a sign that says 'parcheggio riservato - Dr. Vidic' Run through a Google translate it means, in Italian, 'reserved parking - Dr. Vidic.' In the hideout, the warehouse area there are signs that say 'sezione' which means section in Italian. Not only that but once you go up the ramp and go to the right where the Animus is, go left! Looking out the windows you see buildings that look like Florence So Abstergo and the Assassin hideout are based in Italy So since in the end they flee to a 'cabin up north' one could assume the next game would also be based in Italy since its been revealed that Ezio will be the main protagonist of the next game (note: its never been said that the next game is AC3)
Also I had a random thought.
What if everything in AC2 real world is a show. That Lucy, Rebecca, and Shaun are all really Templars and this is a theatre act to get Desmond to trust them so they can get even more information out of him
Just a thought

Maybe i'm just in a bad mood. But i haven't enjoyed too much of what i have played of the new chapter. Had some frustrations in not being able to use hiding spots (i can't see any guards see me go into cover, but Ezio just won't stay hidden). And like the last DLC, the game feels a bit inconsistent when you start and mission and your suddenly the most wanted man in the city.
also been trying to play ACII discovery on my iTouch. I'm a little dissapointed with it now. During one of the early missions in the game, i can't seem to finish a race section, even though the last time i played it i beat my opponent to the end gate. frustrating.

@ Vaco I know what you mean I did find it weird that the templars would only send a handful of guys armed with damn police batons to catch the ASSASSINS ... c'mon ... really? Either the developers threw that idea just before release or they purposely made it extra easy as to hint to a double cross ... but if your guys really DID double-cross you then it would be the most dissapointing moment in gaming history to have a chick that you, whether willingly or not, gotten to trust just betray you two games later. On the other side, it would certainly put you in the mood for carnage and ending all that shit, no?

A new mysterious trailer was released. It's got terrible graphics compared to ACII so I thought it could be a Wii port or something but its listed for PS3/360. It looks like a PS Home space to me

Doesn't much look like Desmond. Subject 16 maybe? Be a bit disappointing if it is just a room for home.

I thought that too. If it is a Home space I hope it has info on the next AC But if it is a Home space why is it listed as a 360 title too.....? Prolly just a PSN/XBLA game EDIT Yeah, its a Home Space

Its just been linked to AC2, not a new game. so that would be why its listed as being for both systems.

I was waiting forward to this game but haven't played it so far. I won't buy it, because my internet connection is unreliable and the damn DRM kills it for me. This one I'll have to wait until "the dark ones" can help...
