Saw a article over at Joystiq before about the follow up to ACII, that Ubisoft have trademarked the title 'Assassins Creed : Brotherhood'. Are we all big enough Assassins creed fans to start speculating over what the title means, or do we just assume it refers to some sort of Brotherhood of Assassins. or Mutliplayer.

Hmmm, could be multiplayer but I thought they got that out of their system with the iPhone game I think the only multiplayer in the AC universe that could work is co-op. A group of 2-4 Assassin's working on a single target that requires multiple stages and distractions so one could make the fatal blow. Now THAT would be fun

Hmmm, I hope its not an online only title. Maybe its like Borderlands, you're always with 2 or 3 other Assassins at all times doing hits. As much as I hate online play Borderlands wasn't bad. Maybe because it didn't have any mic chatter

Hmmm, looks like the new teaser site reveals some of the weapons the Templars will use against you in the new game. And according to the timer on the site something will unlock tomorrow morning

I was just thinking, wouldn't it be interesting if you weren't playing as Ezio this time, but another Assassin that joins this 'brotherhood', and that would mean instead of Desmond, we've got someone who's in the Templars custody, or someone on the Templars side.

New DetailsThere is single and multiplayer. Single player Ezio returns to Rome to strike back at the Templar Order. All major players from ACII will return as will the Villa economy. Only this time you'll be renovating Rome and doing so will raise Ezio's social status and gain favors and leverage with various factions throughout Rome

I finally went back to AC2 to finish the 'bonfire ... ' dlc. Once i got started on it i didn't really stop. i got a bit annoyed with the controls at time doing it. specifically the missions where your not meant to be seen. at one point Ezio jumped off the top of a buidling when i was trying to get him over a railing, and another timer, i was trying to drop ontop of a guy to assassinate him, but Ezio locked on to the guy to the right of him, that was just out of frame!
a side note regarding the AC:B characters, i hope they pay some respect back to other game franchises. Both Metal Gear and the Prince of Persia games have had AC costumes of references in there last 2 games, be nice if Snake or one of the princes were a character in Brotherhoods multiplayer.

E3 TrailerKick ass! My only gripe is Ezio's new costume (loved his ACII garb) but it has been years since the end of ACII Overall, excited. In related news, the series creative director supposedly walked out

I liked Patrice, seemed like a great guy, and i got excited for his game by hearing him talk. Gotta say, it didn't really surprise me when i first read it. The blogs seem to suggest Ubisofts new 'Annual' policy as a possible reasoning. I'm kind of down on the game now. Not that i think i was overly excited about the game in the first place. I think i'm one of the few (maybe the only one) who didn't really like the Character of Ezio. Hope the game progresses the story of Desmond aswell.

I bought the game. I bought it. I played until Venece. Then the light went off. PC crashed - useless no-brake. Booted the game again. No profile. No save games. Nothing. It was gone. Searched everywhere. No way to fix it.
And It was set to save in the HD, because people said it was more reliable.
This was August. Haven't played it since. So many hours wasted. I don't think I'll be able to start all over again anytime soon.
Big disapointment.
I was already bummed by the graphics. I'm sure they're great for consoles, but in the PC they're very ugly sometimes, mostly the shadows and the draw distance. It's just one more lazy port.
Game is good, but these technicalities ruined it for me. Specially the profile wiping. T_T
